Mitch Green joined Sopris Capital in 2025 and serves as the firm’s Assistant Controller.
Prior to joining Sopris Capital, Mitch began his career as an Audit Associate at the Dallas office of RSM US LLP before joining the internal audit department at Mary Kay Inc. He spent over 12 years at Mary Kay in various roles across both the Finance and Legal Compliance divisions, serving as Manager of External Financial Reporting upon his departure.
Mitch received both a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
Outside of the office, Mitch enjoys time with family, travel, and golf.
Mitch is a native Dallasite and currently resides in Addison, TX with his wife and two children.
