Grace Richmond joined Sopris Capital in 2026 and leads the firm’s business development efforts, and is responsible for investment sourcing initiatives and M&A strategy.
Prior to joining Sopris Private Equity, Grace was a Vice President of Business Development at Industrial Opportunity Partners, an industrial focused private equity firm. Prior to Industrial Opportunity Partners, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup within the Global Industrials team.
Grace received a B.A. in Economics and Art History from Boston College, and currently sits on the Associate Boards for both the Lincoln Park Zoo and Lurie Children’s Hospital.
