Will Scherer joined Sopris Private Equity in 2025 as an Associate.
Previously, he was a private equity associate at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, and prior to that, served as an analyst in the Morgan Stanley investment banking division. He began his career as an equity research analyst at Renaissance Capital.
Will played Division 1 ice hockey at Brown University where he earned a B.A. in Business, Entrepreneurship and Organizations. He also holds a M.S. in Finance from Canisius College.
Originally from St. Louis, Dallas is now home. His outside interests include: skiing, golf, fishing and traveling.
